A sunken living room with a coved ceiling and curving beams sets off Dixon’s most unusual design on Ross Street. The walls flanking the trademark Dixon fireplace are subtly curved outward, mirroring the room’s opposite wall, which follows the curved entrance hall. The archway at left opens to a foyer leading to the dining room, as well as onto a small walled patio. The pegged random-plank floor is typical of Revival-style homes of the 1920s.
